Yes, there is a volume discount applicable to all pricing tiers starting at 10,000 households and 10% discount.

Subscription terms are agreed individually per contract and typically run 12–36 months. Cancellation conditions are defined in your service agreement.

Enterprise customers are invoiced annually or quarterly per the service agreement. Self-serve options available for smaller deployments.

Through the platform administration frontend you are able to cancel your subscription, change billing details, change payment methods or delete your account.

A household is counted as active in a billing period if it has data flowing for at least part of that period. Exact definitions are set in your service agreement — typically "any household with at least one data point in the billing month."

Both discounts apply. The 10% bundle discount applies per household when both Engagement and Intelligence are active on that household. The 10% volume discount applies from 10,000 households. Customers running both services at scale benefit from both, your service agreement specifies the exact stacking.
